Executed an Exchange 2000 & Active Directory correction and clean up project for 121k users in a single forest covering a global environment of 80 independent country domains that had over 40k errors (i. e.: tombstones, orphans, duplicates, and interim accounts). Simplified the (broken) replication strategy from over 4k paths to under a hundred (working). This in preparation for a complete W2000 desktop upgrade, server migration to W2003, and Exchange migration to E2003.
Completed several plans: To prepare a Global Architecture covering two data centers and 80 countries. To remove Lotus Notes from the environment replacing it with future Microsoft Products like Sharepoint 2. 0 and Content Management Server. To introduce Microsoft's SMS and MOM into the environment to stabilize, inventory, and mange the environment. Completed an inventory of all standards, compiled them into a standard format, and published them internally by website. - |
